High-Efficiency Ultrasonic Vibrating Sieving Machine

-Equipped with ultrasonic technology that generates high-frequency vibrations on the screen, allowing for the separation and screening of fine powders or powders prone to static agglomeration. This prevents material blockage
-The screen is not bonded with adhesive, eliminating any risk of raw material contamination.
-The screen and ultrasonic transducer are separated.
-Since the screen is not directly connected to the ultrasonic system, it can be easily disassembled and thoroughly cleaned. (Unlike traditional systems where the transducer is attached to the screen, making disassembly and cleaning difficult.)
-The screen is durable and long-lasting.
-Capable of screening fineness below 5μm.
-Whether double-layer, triple-layer, or multi-layer mesh, customization is available to meet customer requirements.

-The ultrasonic system offers three adjustment modes:
1. Intermittent mode
2. Slow continuous mode
3.Fast continuous mode
All modes can be adjusted according to different materials to further improve screening efficiency.

Application

    Suitable for the food, chemical, electronics, plastics, and pharmaceutical industries,
    and widely applicable for screening and filtering powders, granules, and flakes
    such as fine powders or powders prone to static agglomeration.

Material

    -The upper body is made of finely crafted SUS-304 stainless steel, while the base is made of SS-41 steel with galvanized anti-rust treatment.
    -Both the upper body and base (including springs) are made of SUS-304 stainless steel.
    -The upper body can be made of SUS-316 stainless steel, or the entire machine can be custom-made from SUS-316 stainless steel.

    Customization is available according to customer requirements, such as constructing the entire machine from finely crafted SUS-304 stainless steel.
